另外，孕期最怕冠周膿腫、牙髓炎，智齒發炎 ， 尤其是阻生智齒（就是沒有完全長出來頂到前面牙齒的那顆智齒），一般在平時如果沒什么癥狀，但如果你準備懷孕了，孕期荷爾蒙的改變，很容易讓牙周疾病在孕期集中爆發！
一般來講 ， 孕早期和孕晚期咱們都不建議拔牙治療的 。一旦孕期發炎，很容易引起發燒，疼痛難忍 。這個時候用藥又擔心藥物對胎兒的影響 ， 很多藥物都不能用（這也是讓牙醫們最頭疼的問題……），只能保守治療，緩解下癥狀，長此以往加重孩子流產的風險 。

2.預防其他口腔疾病
在懷孕前6個月要進行一次全面的口腔檢查，及時處理口腔問題，消除隱患 。牙齒缺失時應及早鑲牙，以恢復咀嚼功能 ， 促進營養吸收，有利于媽媽的健康和胎兒的生長發育 。
3.補充維生素
懷孕后，因為雌激素的水平升高可能使牙齦出血 ， 如果母體缺乏維生素，也容易導致牙齦質地松軟，使牙周狀況惡化 。
且孕期母體鈣、磷和維生素A、D、C失調可造成胎兒乳牙釉質發育不全 。所以在備孕時要多補充各種維生素，以免孕期加重口腔問題 。
4.拔智齒
智齒平時如果沒什么癥狀，大夫可能會告訴你不用管 。但如果你準備懷孕了，醫生一般會說那還是拔了吧 。
因為阻生智齒容易藏污納垢，又不好清洗，一旦孕期發炎，很容易引起發燒，影響孕婦和胎兒健康 。所以孕前口腔檢查如果發現阻生智齒，建議盡早拔除 。

當然，并不是所有的智齒都需要拔除，如果你的智齒是長得很正，而且上下有對牙與之相對，可以很好地咬合，能進行正常的咀嚼，這樣的牙齒一般不會有什么太大的麻煩，自己平時多注意牙齒清潔就好 。
