英國進口豬肉 2015年英國生產豬肉比牛肉多
UK - The UK produced more pig meat than beef in 2015 for the first time since 2003, according to latest figures from Defra.Pig meat production increased by over 4 per cent in 2015, to almost 900,000 tonnes, the fastest growth since 2011. Growth was slightly slower in the second half of the year but December’s output of 68,900 tonnes was still 3 per cent higher than a year earlier.The higher production was mainly due to a near 4 per cent rise in clean pig slaughterings, with the total of just over 10.6 million head the highest since 2000.
根據英國環境、食品及農村事務部的最新數據，自2013年以來，英國首席次在2015年生產的豬肉比牛肉多 。豬肉產品在2015年增添超過4%，達到900000噸，是自2011年最快的增長速度 。下半年的增長稍微放緩，但十二月產出的68900噸仍比去年要高3% 。高額的增長主要由于屠宰的閹割公豬數量上升4%，總量超過1060萬頭，是自2000年以來最高水平 。
